Smoking Basics: Pork Butts & Ribs

Labor Day is right around the corner and it is time to up your BBQ game!!  This is a class with a focus on teaching the WHYs of smoking along with the HOW.  You will leave with a full rack of ribs, a full pork butt (about 5lbs after smoking) and sides.  Learn the difference between a wet rub and dry rub and how to make your own in minutes using the flavors you prefer.  Learn how to trim and prepare spareribs.  Learn firebox basics and different types of woods for smoking.  Learn various BBQ sauce styles.  Learn how to make coleslaw from scratch.
