If you are like us, then this is the class for you!! Learn the tricks to fluffy make-ahead waffles. Learn how to make a velouté for your hashbrown casserole. Learn what types of breads and custards work best for French Toast/Bread Pudding. Learn how to prepare buffet-style eggs ahead of time for easy baking. Learn how to quickly make and freeze biscuits before day of baking. Learn about beurre noisette and technique for making the French Pastry, Financiers. Take Aways: Waffles, Hash Brown Casserole, Buffet Eggs/Egg Casserole, Biscuits, French Toast/Bread Pudding, Financiers


Cancellation Policy

CLASS TRANSFER POLICY: No Refunds. If you are unable to attend this class, you may request a transfer to move your reservation to another class. However, these requests must be received seven (7) working days in advance of the class date. If your request is made after seven (7) working days, we will not be able to accommodate your transfer request. You may, however, pass along your place in this class to another person. Ingredient ordering, Production Planning and Staffing take place well in advance of each cooking class; therefore, we are unable to offer refunds.
