This is THE class to build your culinary foundation!! No other class will immediately take your cooking to the next level quicker than this. Learn about the various stocks used to make the best sauces. Learn about the 5 Mother sauces of French style cooking and how to apply them to your recipes. Learn the various methods for thickening your sauce to a perfect consistency. Learn the basics of proper seasoning and how to use herbs & spices to suit your personal culinary style. Take aways: Mornay Sauce Mac & Cheese, Meatballs & Tomato Sauce, Grilled Asparagus w/Hollandaise Sauce, Chicken Pot Pie, Demi-Glace
Cancellation Policy
CLASS TRANSFER POLICY: No Refunds. If you are unable to attend this class, you may request a transfer to move your reservation to another class. However, these requests must be received seven (7) working days in advance of the class date. If your request is made after seven (7) working days, we will not be able to accommodate your transfer request. You may, however, pass along your place in this class to another person. Ingredient ordering, Production Planning and Staffing take place well in advance of each cooking class; therefore, we are unable to offer refunds.
